In order to ensure your order lands safely on your doorstep, please follow the steps below in the order listed:

• Complete the purchase form to the right

Please note:

• We currently ship to US addresses only. This includes Hawaii & Alaska but excludes US territories. 
• A street address is required for shipping (FedEx)
• Purchase price includes taxes and shipping
• Artwork frames are not included in The Cardinal Collection.  They are shown for display purposes only.
• If you are using a coupon code for a 100% discount, you may skip the "Payment" section.

Please note that the shipping and payment forms are separate submissions.  Both must be completed in order to finalize your order.
