Important Purchase Information

This checkout is for a Cardinal Experience you are purchasing for yourself.

It includes:

• The Cardinal Connection five-session guided experience
• The Cardinal Collection gift box

In order to set up your Cardinal Connection account and ensure your Cardinal Collection lands safely on your doorstep, please follow the steps below in the order listed:

1. Please read this section in its entirety before entering information.
2. Submit your shipping address for the Cardinal Collection.  See form below.  
3. When you receive the submission confirmation, click the button to return to this page.
4. Enter your purchase information.
5. Immediately after you submit your purchase information, you will be prompted to create a password.  This password and your email will be your sign-on credentials for The Cardinal Connection.  Please note that you will be granted access on May 15th.
6. After you set your password you'll receive a pop-up purchase confirmation and an email with detailed information about your purchase and next steps.

Please note:

• We currently ship to US addresses only. This includes Hawaii & Alaska but excludes US territories. 
• A street address is required for shipping (FedEx)
• Purchase price includes taxes and shipping
• Artwork frames are not included in The Cardinal Collection.  They are shown for display purposes only.

Please note that the shipping and payment forms are separate submissions.
