Shift It in Sixty Begins October 17 — Open Enrollment in Progress

From Where You Are To Where You Want To Be...
In Sixty Days

Where real life becomes the classroom, and coaching, training, and sustained action help you make progress with what matters.

October 17 – December 15, 2026
An intentionally small group experience

Let's Do a Sixty!

Sometimes You Know Where You Want to Go.

Sometimes You Just Know You Can't Stay Where You Are.

Maybe You're Ready to Rebuild

You've reached the point where you know you cannot keep living exactly as you have been.

You're functioning. Doing what needs to be done. Maybe even doing it quite well.

But it's costing you something.

Energy. Confidence. Joy.

Something in you is saying:

Enough. I don't want another year like this.

Imagine giving yourself sixty days—not to magically rebuild your entire life, but to begin rebuilding your relationship with it.

Through coaching, training and real-life application, you begin getting clear about what you want now. You restore energy. Notice where fear has been making decisions. Identify what matters. Make choices. Experiment. Adjust.

And little by little, you begin trusting yourself again.

By Day 60, your entire life may not look different.

But you do.

You've stopped waiting for your life to change.

You've started participating in what comes next.

Maybe You Have a Project

There's a storage unit you've been paying $200 a month for.

Boxes you haven't opened in years. Clothes. Photographs. Furniture. Papers.

And every month that charge hits your credit card:

I still haven't dealt with that.

So that's your Sixty.

The storage unit becomes a real-life laboratory for what you're learning through the coaching and training.

You notice how you make decisions. What you avoid. What gives you energy. What drains it. What happens when emotion shows up. What you're holding onto—and why.

Meanwhile, you make the plan. Open boxes. Make decisions. Ask for help. Adjust. Keep moving.

By Day 60, maybe the unit is empty.

Maybe your definition of success has changed.

But you've learned something far more valuable than how to clear a storage unit:

You've learned how you move something that matters forward.

And perhaps somewhere between the first box and the last you ask:

What else am I ready to let go of?

One begins with the person.
One begins with the project.

And either one can transform the other.

The Possibilities....

Just Imagine...

Sixty days from now, what could you know about yourself that you don't know today?

What might become possible simply because you stopped waiting for the perfect time —
and gave something important sixty intentional days?

What would it feel like to reach December 15, look back toward October 17, and say:

"I kept my promise to myself."
"Look what I did."
"Look who I became."

Here's what I've noticed about a good Sixty.

Two things shift.  Not one.

Something Shifts

Something moves.
Something changes.
Something begins.
Something finishes.

A decision gets made.
A habit gets established.
A creative project takes shape.
A neglected part of life finally receives attention.

There is something to show for the sixty days.

You Shift

The work becomes a real-life laboratory.

You start noticing how you actually operate.

What creates momentum.
What drains your energy.
What happens when fear shows up.
What supports follow-through.
Where you need help.
What deserves a no.
What happens when the plan stops working.

Knowing Isn't the Same as Doing

I've finished programs with pages and pages of notes. Great ideas. New tools. A list of things I couldn't wait to implement.

And then real life resumed.

Sound familiar?

Maybe the problem isn't that we need more information.

Maybe sometimes what we need is enough time, structure, support, practice and sustained attention to turn what we already know — and what we're learning — into action.

While real life is still happening.

The Sixty is not sixty lessons.
And it is definitely not a content firehose followed by:
"Okay! Good luck implementing all that!"

How the Sixty Unfolds

1 - Set the Course

Where are you?
Where do you want to go?
Clarify the “it” — including discovering what that “it” may be if it isn’t yet clear.
Establish your starting point.
Define what meaningful progress or results could look like by Day 60.
Choose the direction.
And then...
Begin.

2 - Build Momentum

Move from intention into sustained attention and action.
Establish a sustainable rhythm for learning, action, implementation and real life.
Learn.
Implement.
Experiment.
Begin discovering what helps you do your best work...
and what repeatedly gets in the way.
And keep going.

3 - Magic in the Middle

By now, enthusiasm has met real life. Plans change. Something takes longer. You may even lose your footing.
And this is where the magic can happen.
You pause long enough to notice what’s working, what’s changing—and what you couldn't see from the starting line.
Adjust. Reroute. Recommit.
Sometimes the middle reveals a better way forward than the one you originally planned.

4 - Focus & Finish

As Day 60 becomes visible, attention turns toward what deserves completion.
Reduce distraction.
Close loops.
Make decisions.
Deliver.
Launch.
Protect.
And finish what can and should be finished.

5 - Integrate & Celebrate

Recognize what happened.
What changed?
What did you finish?
What did you learn?
What worked?
What didn’t?
Who have you become along the way?
And...what comes next?

The Sixty is Anchored by Three Signature Events

The Kickoff

Creating the vision, structure and foundation for your Sixty.

A half-day opening that establishes the experience, the community and the work ahead. We'll orient, meet each other, begin the coaching, and start clarifying your "it."

If you arrive knowing only that something needs to shift, you are welcome here. Greater clarity is part of the work.

Magic in the Middle

Discovering the often-overlooked possibility, progress and magic on the journey from where you are to where you want to be.

A multi-hour experience built around my Magic in the Middle keynote, participant reflection, recalibration and renewed possibility.

Not a progress review. This is where we look for the magic.

Integrate | Celebrate

Reflecting, connecting and celebrating the Sixty experience.

Deliberately not another training day. The emphasis belongs to you and your journey.

Recognize results. Share stories. Capture lessons. Close loops.

Notice what changed. And look toward what comes next.

Threshold Thursdays

Featuring 12 live Certified High Performance Coaching sessions

If "high performance" sounds like something reserved for elite athletes and corporate CEOs — it isn't. This work is about becoming the best version of yourself as a parent, partner, friend, professional, artist, creator, leader, or simply a human being living a meaningful life.

Tactical Tuesdays

9  Curated Live Sessions

Drawn from decades of professional and personal experience, Success Principles training, stories, tools and practices that have supported my own work and life.

Designed to complement the coaching — a practical bridge between personal growth, everyday life, and the actual work of your Sixty.

Study Hall & Office Hours

Here's the thing I've never been able to get past about even the best programs I've taken.

There was so much to learn that there was no room left to DO.  And no easy access for follow-up questions.

So I built the Sixty differently because...

Implementation isn't what happens after the program.
Implementation is part of the program.
Three times each week. A three-hour block each time.

The Sixty Is Designed for Real Life

Real life will happen.

You might miss something.

Your plan may need to change.

You may discover that what you thought you wanted on Day One isn’t quite right by Day 30.

You might get tired.

Distracted.

Excited about a shiny new thing.

Or wonderfully surprised by progress you didn’t expect.

The goal is not to complete sixty perfect days.

There isn’t a perfect track to fall off.

Return
Assess

Adjust
Keep participating

Learning how to come back when life disrupts the plan is part of the Sixty itself.

Is This for You?

You do not need to arrive perfectly confident, clear, disciplined, organized or fearless.

You need enough willingness to begin. And you need to be willing to work.

A Sixty isn't a spectator sport.

This May Be for You If

Something in you is saying...

I'm ready for change.
I'm hungry to learn.
I want to feel more alive.
I'm tired of thinking about this and want to DO something.
I'm ready for __________ to be DONE.

I want more joy.

I want to reconnect with something I've neglected.

I want to trust myself more.

I want to become someone who follows through.

I want support without somebody taking over.

And I don't want to do all of it alone.

It's Probably Not For You If...

You're looking for highly specialized technical training in your particular "it."

You want someone to tell you exactly what to do every day.

You want a library of videos to buy now and watch someday.

Or it doesn't excite you to
participate,
experiment,
be coached,
support other people,
adjust when something isn't working,
or take responsibility for your own Sixty.

You bring the "it."

I bring the Sixty.

If you're writing a novel, I don't need to teach you how to construct every scene.

If you're starting a business, I'm not pretending to know your industry better than you do.

If you're making a life decision, I'm certainly not going to make it for you.

You bring your knowledge, your experience, your desire and your willingness.

I bring structure, teaching, coaching, training, implementation time, accountability, community, course correction — and a place to return when life happens.

Because life always happens.

This is for Me - Ready to Enroll!

Meet  Cynthia

Cynthia brings 40 years of professional experience in leadership, teaching,  facilitation, and certified training to Shift It in Sixty.

And here's one of her mentors with an introduction...

And now a few words from Cynthia...

Hi there!
I decided to use Jack's introduction to share a little bit about myself because it was recorded in May, 2025 during an interview about my first book, Song of the Cardinal, and about my work as a transformational leader.

I was also less than a week into one of my own Sixty's that ultimately became one of the most consequential ones I'd ever done.

It started on May 1.
It ended on June 30.

I turned 60 on July 1

In many ways, the events of my "Sixty to 60" planted the seeds for what has now become

During the completion of a business development plan, I realized that a deferred personal decision was blocking progress in many areas of my life.

So I did what I've done several times during my Sixty's over the years...
I made a decision.
I changed course.
And a lot happened during those sixty days.
I recorded this interview with Jack.
Completed the audiobook for Song of the Cardinal.
Recorded my first album.
Took a vacation.
Developed a strategic plan.

And I  made one consequential decision that wasn't on my May 1 list at all.

So, in the three weeks before my 60th birthday I put my Savannah  belongings into storage and returned to Alaska full-time to implement the plan I'd developed.

And now, just over a year later I've taken what was once largely a personal framework and  wrapped it with knowledge, skills and wisdom from decades of professional work—so that I can help you create meaningful change and momentum.

But I'm not here to teach you how to do my Sixty.

I'm here to create the best environment in which you can do yours.

Yes, I have diplomas, degrees, certificates, awards and decades of success across various industries.

And I am going to bring you world-class High Performance Coaching, Canfield Success Principles and my own teachings and techniques.

But I'm also bringing my own testimony - a decade of lived experience that produced meaningful momentum, sixty days at a time, while real life was happening all around me.

Every Sixty has been different.
But no matter what projects were completed, or decisions made, there was one common thread:
The Cynthia that entered it on Day 1 was not the same Cynthia that emerged on Day 60.
And that is what I wish for you.

If you've made it this far down a rather lengthy page, I'm guessing something about this experience is resonating with you.

So I do hope you'll join me for the very first Shift It in Sixty.
I'll bring everything I have.
You bring You.

Q & A

BEFORE YOU ENROLL

WHAT'S INSIDE THE SIXTY?

TIME, LIFE AND REAL-WORLD LOGISTICS

RESULTS, CHANGES AND WHAT COMES AFTER

Still Have Questions?

Ask Me!

One last thing...

I don't want you to join because you think I have some magical ability to make your life work.

I don't. And you don't need me to.

I want you to join because there's something you care about enough to give it sixty days.

And because you'd like a framework. A teacher. A coach. A classroom. Some classmates. Some structure. Some accountability. Some implementation time. Some encouragement.

Probably some laughter.

And a place to return when the plan meets real life.

I'll bring everything I know.

You bring everything you are.

And then?

WE DO THE SIXTY.

Not perfectly. Not without detours. Not without real life happening right in the middle of it.

But deliberately. Curiously. Courageously.

Together.

SHIFT IT IN SIXTY

You bring the "it." I bring the Sixty.
