For over 30 years, I helped hospitals and healthcare teams manage complexity, stabilize uncertainty, strengthen systems, and develop staff — often during moments that required calm leadership and decisive clarity.

After the sudden death of my husband at age 48, I found myself facing the kind of disruption I’d helped others navigate for decades. Grief amplified every fear and limiting belief I carried. I quickly realized that professional expertise wasn’t enough. I needed new tools.

So the teacher became the student.

Over the next decade, I studied with transformational leaders while continuing to advise hospitals and executives. Integrating inner work with strategic thinking reshaped every part of my leadership approach.
