Participant Agreement
SHIFT IT IN SIXTY
October 17 – December 15, 2026
Shift It in Sixty is presented by WaineBrandt Advisory Services, LLC (“WaineBrandt,” “we,” “us,” “our,” “I,” or “me”).
This agreement is intended to make sure we begin with a shared understanding of what the Sixty is, what you can expect from me, and what I ask from you and everyone sharing the experience.
Please read it carefully before enrolling.
- The Experience
Shift It in Sixty (“the Sixty”) is a 60-day coaching, training, facilitation, implementation and community experience.
The inaugural Sixty runs from October 17 through December 15, 2026 and includes the experiences described in your enrollment materials, including:
- three Signature Events;
- twelve live Certified High Performance Coaching sessions
- two sessions during Kickoff on 10/17/26
- ten sessions delivered during seven Threshold Thursdays
- nine Tactical Tuesday sessions;
- Study Hall and Office Hours;
- one private 60-minute session with Cynthia Waine Brandt;
- private community access;
- email support as described in the program materials; and
- applicable participant and alumni benefits including but not limited to:
- 20% discount on future Shift It in Sixty experiences
- Lifetime complimentary membership in Club Sixty
The Sixty is deliberately designed to operate inside real life. The schedule, sequence, content or format of individual sessions may occasionally need to change because of circumstances, participant needs or other reasonable considerations. If a material schedule change is necessary, participants will receive reasonable notice whenever possible.
- Your Sixty Is Yours
You bring the “it.” I bring the Sixty.
You are responsible for deciding what you want to work on, what actions you take, what decisions you make, and how you apply anything discussed during the Sixty.
Your goal may evolve. Your definition of a meaningful Day 60 result may change. That is not a failure of the process; reflection, experimentation and adjustment are part of the experience.
Your participation and results will depend on many factors unique to you. No particular personal, professional, financial, creative or other outcome is promised or guaranteed.
- Services Provided and Related Disclaimer
Shift It in Sixty is a coaching, training and facilitation experience. It is not psychotherapy, counseling, medical care, mental-health treatment, legal advice, financial advice, tax advice or other licensed professional service.
Cynthia Waine Brandt may provide examples of her own experiences or even make recommendations. However she is not acting as a therapist, physician, attorney, financial adviser or other licensed professional through the Sixty.
You remain responsible for your own choices, decisions and well-being and for seeking appropriately qualified professional assistance when needed.
If circumstances arise suggesting that your needs would be better served by another professional, we may discuss that with you and may recommend that you seek appropriate outside support.
- Participation and Attendance
There is no requirement that you attend every available session.
The Signature Events, Tactical Tuesdays and Threshold Thursdays are important waypoints and are best experienced live whenever possible. Study Hall and Office Hours provide additional opportunities for implementation, questions and support.
You agree to participate in good faith, take responsibility for your own Sixty, and communicate when something materially affects your participation.
Real life will happen.
Return. Assess. Adjust. Keep participating.
- Community and Confidentiality
A meaningful Sixty depends upon people being able to speak honestly.
You may hear personal stories, ideas, plans, business information, creative work, challenges and other information that another participant would reasonably expect to remain private.
You agree not to disclose, distribute, publish, post, record or otherwise share another participant's confidential information without that person's permission.
You may, of course, talk about your own experience and what you learn.
WaineBrandt will also treat participant information with care. However, because this is a group experience, we cannot absolutely guarantee that another participant will honor these commitments.
- Respectful Participation
Everyone deserves a room in which they can participate safely and respectfully.
You agree to interact with Cynthia, other participants and guests with reasonable respect and professionalism and not to engage in harassment, discrimination, threats, bullying, intentional disruption or unlawful conduct.
WaineBrandt reserves the right to address conduct that materially interferes with the experience of the group. In serious circumstances, participation may be terminated.
- Program Materials and Intellectual Property
Shift It in Sixty includes original materials belonging to WaineBrandt Advisory Services, LLC and/or Cynthia Waine Brandt, as well as materials that may be used under license or pursuant to professional certifications.
Your enrollment gives you permission to use participant materials provided to you for your own personal use.
Unless expressly authorized, you may not reproduce, sell, publish, distribute, teach from, upload, share or commercially exploit program recordings, worksheets, presentations, proprietary exercises or other protected materials.
Nothing in your participation transfers ownership of WaineBrandt intellectual property or third-party intellectual property to you.
- Recording and Replays
It is anticipated that all live sessions will be recorded and available for participants to view from their Shift It in Sixty portals.
Study Hall is primarily implementation time and WaineBrandt does not anticipate those sessions will be recorded.
Participants may not independently record, photograph, screen-record, livestream or distribute sessions or other participants without express permission. Recordings of sessions will be available in the participant portal for viewing purposes but will not be available for download.
Your participation in a recorded group session may result in your name, image or voice appearing in a participant replay.
Participation in the Sixty does not, by itself, grant WaineBrandt permission to use your image, voice, story or statements for public advertising or promotional purposes. Any such use will require separate permission.
- Fees and Payment
The fee for the inaugural Shift It in Sixty is $2,500.
You will select your payment plan at checkout.
If you choose a payment plan, you agree to make the scheduled payments when due. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, selecting a payment plan does not change the total obligation.
Termination from the program for improper conduct as per Section 6 – Respectful Participation does not relieve you of your financial obligation. Any unpaid amounts will remain fully due and payable. Refunds will not be issued if full payment has already been made.
If a payment fails, please contact us promptly. WaineBrandt may suspend access to the program, portal or community while a materially overdue payment remains unresolved.
WaineBrandt reserves the right to modify publicized pricing and payment plans on a case-by-case basis. Such modification does not obligate WaineBrandt to extend similar modifications to other participants.
- Kickoff Guarantee and Refunds
Attend the October 17, 2026 Kickoff.
If you decide after attending the Kickoff that the Sixty is not right for you, you may withdraw by 12:00 p.m. Eastern Time on Sunday, October 18, 2026 by providing written notice to WaineBrandt.
You will receive a refund of amounts paid, less credit card processing fees.
After that deadline, fees paid are non-refundable and remaining amounts due under any payment plan remain payable.
- Private Session and Additional Support
Your enrollment includes one private 60-minute session with Cynthia.
Participants who pay the full $2,500 fee at enrollment receive two additional private 60-minute sessions with Cynthia, for a total of three private sessions.
Additional individual services, if desired, are separate from the Sixty and subject to availability and separate agreement.
- Technology and Third-Party Services
The Sixty will use online services and technology that may include Kajabi, Zoom, Jotform, email, payment processors and other third-party platforms.
While reasonable efforts will be made to provide reliable access, WaineBrandt does not control third-party platforms and cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or performance.
You are responsible for maintaining your equipment and internet access reasonably necessary to participate.
- Changes and Unexpected Circumstances
Sometimes real life happens on this side of the Zoom screen too.
If illness, technology failure, emergency or another circumstance requires a session to be rescheduled or reasonably modified, WaineBrandt will make reasonable efforts to provide notice and an appropriate alternative.
Material changes to the overall program will not be made arbitrarily.
- Limitation of Responsibility
You understand that participation in coaching and personal-development work may involve reflection, experimentation, decisions and change.
You voluntarily choose to participate and remain responsible for your own decisions and actions.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, WaineBrandt Advisory Services, LLC and Cynthia Waine Brandt will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from participation in the Sixty.
- Governing Law
This Agreement will be governed by the laws of the State of Alaska, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
- Entire Agreement
This Participant Agreement, together with the specific enrollment/payment terms you accept at checkout, constitutes the agreement concerning your participation in this Shift It in Sixty experience and supersedes prior discussions concerning those terms.
Any material modification must be agreed to in writing.
If one provision of this Agreement is determined to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
- Electronic Acceptance
By checking the acceptance box during checkout and completing your enrollment, you confirm that:
You have read and understand this Participant Agreement.
You have had the opportunity to ask questions before enrolling.
You understand the nature of Shift It in Sixty and choose to participate.
You agree to the terms above.
